Cicis is a gift straight from god. A place 2nd only to the gates of heaven. As I sat and ate the Mac n Cheese pizza, I nearly levitated from my seat. An otherworldly experience to say the least. I recommend everybody experiences this fine establishment at least once in their lives. #DUVAL #ShutUpAndEatACinnimanRole

Pizza is really good when fresh out of the oven. Salad lettuce was turning brown (Lemon juice in ice water bath can prevent that) pasta noodles were drying out. Loved the cinnamon roll dessert. Overall, my late lunch/early dinner was pretty good for the price. Must not eat after a dentist visit & one side of my mouth is numb. I bit my lower lip & didn't feel it!

I hate to have to write this as 90 percent of the staff is amazing here and truly cares But after today I will not return for the owner to be standing in the eating area complaining about another employee to a employee that is highly unprofessional talking about how the girl carries her self talking about the talks about her mom she has had with the owner he is just sitting there spreading her business to the whole staff that is very very very unprofessional best case go complain about your employees in the back not in front of customers let alone as the owner you should never complain about one employee to another you sir need to learn professional And not sure what they was talking about at the end but the girl asked the owner to look at something under the sauce area and goes yeah we don’t tell customer or let people see that and to go from a 5 star review to 1 star review in 1 visit that’s sad sir you just ruined this store’s reputation

Here’s a balanced review you can use: --- The staff here are genuinely friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the pizza quality is quite disappointing—honestly some of the lowest I’ve had. I was hoping for a much better experience based on the service alone, but the food didn’t live up to expectations. If they improve the quality of their pizza, this place could be much better.
